West Coast Classic
Date : 22/09/2009 -- to -- 30/03/2010
Held at Marawah each year with some of the best surfers in Australia. Tassie's number one event. Originally established by Canoe'n'surf in 1977. Around 100 competitors make the annual pilgrimage to the West coast town of Marrawah. Once a contest for young surfers , now a days it has become a more family event and a little less rowdy!Held every year in the March long weekend. Enrty from $10 to $50 + $10 per extra division. Must be a current member of Surfing Australia. |
